Corporate True Crime · Live Team Sessions

We host the mystery.Your team cracks it.

A live team-bonding case that plays like true crime — and quietly sharpens how your team communicates and thinks together.

The brief

It plays like a true-crime episode — except your team is the detectives, and the company on trial is a fictional one.

Interviews, evidence, red herrings, and a reveal. People who never talk end up arguing over suspects in a breakout room. That's the bonding — and along the way, they're sharpening a real skill without it ever feeling like training.

Two ways to run it

We run itFrom $49/person. A trained host runs the whole session live. You just play.
You run it$249. The full case kit + a facilitator guide, so anyone on your team can lead it. Reusable.

Bonding on the surface. Systems thinking underneath.

The case

The Last Green Dot

One case, built and ready. Your team solves a remote-work mystery — and sharpens how it communicates, leads, and thinks in systems along the way.

Case #001

The Last Green Dot

Explores: communication norms, leadership by example, tools & always-on culture, systems thinking & retention

Someone's status went dark at exactly the wrong moment. The only witnesses are timestamps, status lights, and a very suspicious calendar invite. Your team has 90 minutes to piece together who said what, where — and what got lost between five apps.

What your team works on

Reading the real signals behind the green dot, how unwritten norms and always-on tools quietly push good people out, how leaders set the bar by example, and how to trace a people problem back to the system — not the person.

Pick how you want to run it

They leave sharper

Under the fun, it's a quiet workout in communication, leadership, and systems thinking.

On the record

Questions, answered

Is it a game or a workshop?

Both — and that's the point. It plays like a true-crime game: fun, competitive, no homework. But underneath, your team is practicing real communication, leadership, and systems thinking. The bonding is the promise; the skill is the bonus.

How long is a session?

90 minutes, including the intro, the investigation, breakouts, and the reveal.

Is it all virtual?

Yes. Every session runs live over video — Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet. Your team joins from wherever they are.

How is the hosted price worked out?

It's a flat rate by team size — $500 for up to 10, $750 up to 15, $1,200 up to 30, and $1,800 up to 50 (over 50, just ask). Use the calculator above to see your team's price.

Does our team need to prepare anything?

Your team does nothing to prepare — no reading, no roles, no homework; they just click the link and play. The only thing on your side is sending them the invite to join.

Is the content workplace-appropriate?

Yes. It's a clever office mystery — no gore, nothing HR would flinch at.
